So do we. And while we can’t quite teleport everyone to sunnier places, we came up with an alternative that comes pretty close.

Join us on a virtual GinSafari experience and let gin transport you to South Africa. Let’s meet up for this virtual adventure, where we will learn about the origins of gin and the many vivid flavours in the collection selected by our expert in South African products, Kirstin Ulbrich. Kirstin will tell us more about how different botanicals influence the taste of a gin, how gin reflects the place it comes from and, as usual, this is also a great opportunity to make new connections.

How it works:

- For the price of the ticket (€35) you will get 5x 20ml bottles of gin delivered to your home (free delivery within Germany).
- If you're based outside of Germany and would like to attend this event, you can contact Kirstin at shop@ginsafari.de.
- This event will take place on Whereby. You will receive the online event link after you've bought your ticket.
- For Whereby, there is no app or registration required (Chrome on desktop recommended).
- The Whereby link and gin preparation instructions will be sent to you together with your gin delivery.

This gin tasting is led by South African expat Kirstin Ulbrich, expert in South African products. She is assisted by Lydia Molensky, owner of The Catchmaker, organiser of social events in Munich.
