The following general terms and conditions apply to events organized by BLENT (organizer).
Tickets of BLENT events are sold through blentme.eventbrite.com. By purchasing the Eventbrite ticket, the event ticket buyer (participant) accepts the Eventbrite terms and conditions for the respective event.
If applicable, any complimentary welcome consumption or gifts included with the Eventbrite ticket as indicated on the Eventbrite event details are provided at the event by the organizer and are only valid to be redeemed on the date and time of the event.
The event venue and event organizer are not liable to any other contracting party, guest, visitor or participant for any damage caused or suffered during arrival and departure to and from the venue. The event participant is advised that any liability between parties for accidents or other damages is excluded; the venue is only responsible for those damages, which are in the spatial influence of the respective venue. For valuables which are brought by the guests no liability is assumed by the organizer.
The admission of a participant can be denied by the organizer as well as venue in individual cases due to behavior that is considered inappropriate by the event organizer, venue employees/staff/contractors, event participants or other guests.
The organizer checks and updates the information on their website(s) and social media platform(s) on regular basis. Despite all the care, data may have changed in the meantime. A liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided can therefore not be assumed.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions contradict mandatory statutory provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. German law applies.
