Have you heard about the benefits of yoga but never made the step to try it out? Are you worried about that trying yoga will cause more stress than it will relieve? Are you up for meeting new people while working on your body and mind? Then join this yoga class that celebrates all bodies! Revive your spirit with this 1,5 hour class with yoga instructor Paulina.
It doesn't matter if you're just starting your journey with yoga or if you want to freshen up the basics. This introduction class will focus on the most common yoga postures and safety alignment for your own unique body. We will learn the popular Sun Salutation: Surya Namaskar and what the postures intentions are. We'll be combining meditation, breath work and body movements.

YOGA WITH PAULINA
Paulina is not only a yoga instructor but also a Kizomba dancer and rheumatoid arthritis warrior who is passionate about mindfulness and bringing more healing into your life. Her classes are known to be accessible to everyone; a safe space to be who you are without judgement.
LUNCH AT SOY VEGAN
After the yoga class we will have the opportunity to get to know each-other better and fuel our bodies with the tasteful dishes Soy Vegan has to offer; a plant-based Vietnamese restaurant located in the middle of Maxvorstadt. Ellen our 'vegan muse' will be there to introduce you to the local (vegan-friendly) food places around, this time we're exploring Soy Vegan together.
